You mentioned that if you want to gift it for this year, to pressure can it? How long do you recommend it "chilling" before using if you water bath it?

I let it sit 6 weeks minimum and it lasts a few years once canned. I usually make it one year in advance.

@@LittleHillHomesteadGa but the reason to let it sit is so that it makes the juice right? So if I was to prepare the juice ahead of time and then water bath it, it would condense this process?
