Yeah girl - I’m so glad you sat out that race! When I got my wisdom teeth out, I ran a 5K about four weeks later and ended up getting an infection in one of my wounds. The whole side of my face got super swollen and it ended up having to take a bunch of antibiotics to take it down… But glad you’ve had a good recovery so far! This vlog was perfect!

Needed to rest today after noticing pain in my ribs that is just reoccurring. I definitely pulled something. It’s so hard for me to though, I love working out, such a stress reliever. Thanks for the encouraging vlog, just what I needed today!

Love it. I was on 30a last week for Thanksgiving week and your beach days are bringing me back. I remember the sky on Monday with the rain in the distance and that exact boat. You're so lucky to live there! I was seriously devastated yesterday leaving. I'll just have your vlogs to get me through until I get back :). I'm sure people tell that to you all the time! Also, I am needing to get my wisdom teeth out too. So not looking forward to it! But hopefully it's not too bad. Happy you're getting through recovery!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out a few years ago and had literally no pain. I had put it off for so long and it was such an easy recovery for me. I had mashed potatoes later the same night after getting them out that morning.

It was the same for me with my wisdom teeth! Took what felt like forever to fully heal and feel back to myself. I was so hungry too and terrified of getting a dry socket. I know people who were back at work and doing regular activities within 2-3 days. How?!
