That part of the mullica is brackish. We've caught white perch in barnegat bay by the route 37 bridge where the water is 100% salt - white perch are anadromous, just like striped bass, and can live in both fresh and salt water. Loved the video - keep up the good work!!

I keep saying I'm going to hit the perch again. Haven't done it in ages. Watching you and Zack gave me fhe fever! Looks like you had a blast. Thanks for sharing. Always sweet when the Maiden Voyage is productive, way to go for the River Reaper. I personally love white perch. i usually get them right off my dock , my lagoon is right of Barnegat Bay, but this month i have a few river otters that have chased them away. They usually hang out in one spot. When you find them you will literally catch over 25 easily. I use the same rig you are using and also use a float and put 2 small small crimp on weights on the loop to keep the line straight up and down. Great video as always.

thanks so much Will. The otters literally empty my spot pen in just one night. 100 spot gone in just a few hours
