Winter Woodland Photography

Winter can give us warmth, all we need is nature.
Last weeks video seen me visit a photographer friend outside Edinburgh near the borders, I revisited the same location as we had snow that week although Edinburgh didn't get anything, so I traveled outside Edinburgh.
The wooded area was mostly pine and birch trees, they looked great in the snow.

Top Drawer .. By the time my days off came the snow had virtually all melted ...aprt from the snow on some of the hills across from Gourock .. ... All that i could get ....

Nice video! What made you change the crop on the Cold Beeches image? I quite liked the look on the back of the camera?

I opted to crop it to 16 x 9. I think in hindsight I do agree, looking back at the video it looked better on the back of the camera. Thanks for watching, really appreciate the support.
