Is there a video that explains how to unwinterize this motor? My family member is stuck in winterized mode and I don't know my boats or terminology.

What exactly does it do? Don’t outboards naturally drain anyway?

It is a variable oil injection motor, so the winterization cycle over oils the motor for storage.

You can easily do this yourself as illustrated here.

Well maybe not. The mechanic might change out your lower case gear oil, check your hydraulic fluid, grease your steering and motor mount, and add gasoline preservative. Also remove prop. Yes, you could do all that too, but time is money.
