Winterizing our Cabin in the Woods for Van Life

In today's video we decide we are ready for adventure and take you through the process of what it looks like for us to pickle our cabin. Though winter has been pretty mellow this year, we just really missed the van. This also will be a good learning experience from practicing winterizing the cabin to prepping Cecil for the travel life.

We wintertize parts of our cabin and have learned a few tricks. -Rv antifreeze is awesome. Put in your P traps and toilet bowl and tank. We also do our water lines in the washer with the RV antifreeze. -We drain all water lines and blow them out with air compressor to make sure there is no water left over in lines. Make sure to leave all faucets open also. We I also have learned to leave our drapes open to let any sun in to help warm up the inside of the place.

Haha I know we were like of the snow birds are going back north… maybe we shouldn’t go south but today at home they are having a blizzard, so I think we made a good call!
