The level of detail is amazing on the SW, you’ve not just painted the colours but the amount of transfers, upgrade packs and wolfy stuff really makes them stand out. And the fact there’s a good majority of OOP minis they still don’t look dated due to the detail. Can’t wait to watch the rest now 😀

Hi I am so happy to see a battle won by the Space Wolves. To be hones, I haven't seen single battle report won by the Space Wolves ever since the codex came out and it has been very depressing as a wolf player frankly. a very good battle and finally I see a worthy victory for the Wolves, a very close one at that. Only one mistake I see stands out. Characters don't cover each other so with those 2 Thunderwolf characters in front of the plagueburster tanks, they can target character they want. Small mistake, but given he made the invun saves, wouldn't matter. Thanks for the good report.

Always happy to see Space Wolves with no primaris as I just don't see how a brotherhood like the Sons of Russ who put so much on an aspirant's journey to become a full marine would just let in a bunch of new bods.

Mark Saunders I agree. I don’t think Primaris Marines should be in a Space Wolf army. The Primaris don’t go through the Aspirants journey. It’s briefly mentioned in the fluff to get around it but it’s done badly. It just does not sound right. I also can’t see Logan Grimnar allowing them in his chapter.

It was actually Magnus who said there are no wolves on Fenris. However, this is clearly total bollocks and here is why: The Wolf-Lord of the Space Wolves is Logan Grimnar, also known as the Old Wolf. He rules from the Hall of the Great Wolf - together with his Wolf Lords such as Harald Deathwolf, Egil Iron Wolf, and Bjorn Stormwolf. In order to help with movement for future turns, whe he made that charge at 1:37:25 he could could have charge around the bloat drone to the back side with the big guys which would allow the little units to charge in too. You dont have to go in the shortest route possible OR to the closest moddle when you charge now. You just have to end your move within a inch... then you can pile around behind it further if you move .0001 inch close then you were.. then if it dies three more to towards the closest enemy model!

Man it's really nice to see someone playing space wolves without a squad of thundercats. Also, I think he was heavy on the characters, and I like that quite a bit. A lot of lists are heavy on troops, but I don't think that's what make the SW interesting. And he did pretty good, overall.
