If you aren't familiar with band called Ne Obliviscaris you should react them. Song called And Plague Flowers the Keleidoscope is good one to start with. Studio version or live@Colorado. They have also long and epic songs like Wintersun has. I'm quite sure you would like them also

I still think as a whole the first album is still his best work. The forest seasons is a close second for me, but Time I has the best song.

Pretty damn intense. Quite a bit different feel than this album though. The guitars are a lot more complicated. Especially the rhythm section.

Jari has said that he doesn't listen much of metal anymore as it has became rather boring for him. Maybe that's why he goes a few extra miles to make his metal songs something that he thinks is interesting and enticing and as a result we get these masterpieces :)
