Wintersun - Fantasy Metal Project (Full Album) HD

Didn't realise that there would be any controversy surrounding this, so I will address this once and once only: Jari himself previously said in a Wintersun Q&A video that he had no current plans to upload these files to streaming services. A commenter below suggests Jari had plans to upload them on Bandcamp, but I have found no evidence supporting this claim - in fact, the only source I could find of Jari talking about the topic at all (the aforementioned Q&A video) indicates the opposite. As there seems to be absolutely no way to ever get these files again, either paid or for free - I simply made this video so that others will have the chance to listen to them. However, I'm not going to share any files, and will delete any comments that ask me to do so (I've deleted two already). My intent is not to deprive Wintersun or Jari of any earnings - either realised or potential - that the publishing of these tracks would have made. I have been a fan of Wintersun since I was 13 and would not have purchased the Time package (or the Forest Seasons package) if my actions were in any way meant to harm the band. In case it isn't clear from my whopping 40 channel subscribers: I am not making any money from this video, I'm not stealing any of the band's potential streaming revenue from this, and I'm not claiming that anything inside the video is my own. Thus, the only ethical issue here is simply whether Jari wishes to maintain this music as a clandestine secret. I promise that I am entirely uninterested in whatever moral posturing that randoms on the internet want to engage in, and the self-righteousness of people who consider themselves qualified to debate the ethical existence of a KZbin video - whilst not being in any way affiliated with anyone who has produced the contents therein - is equal parts baffling and hilarious. But I digress. As stated in my video description, if Jari or anyone from Wintersun has concerns about this video or intends to publish their own version on their channel, or to release any tracks on Bandcamp or Spotify/etc; then I am more than happy to remove this video. Personally, i didnt love Time 2, it felt like Jari just got to do whatever he wanted, with nobody telling him "ok that track might be long enough" But this takes me back to early 2000s Ensiferum, and sounds fantastic as a whole

Loving the whole "album" but Star Sky as an outro is something else. I think it's one of the most beautiful instrumentals Jari has ever written 🤩 I wonder if he ever considered using it as an intro or outro for the first Wintersun album or some other album we haven't even heard yet.

As I expected, this album is much better than the main one. Does'nt matter if it's "demos" in some senses, melodies are better, songs are better, themes are better and the vibe is better. The Japanese sounds are just not my cup of tea, but hopefully Time II will grow.

​@Fabulousideiumn Unfortunately, not everyone had the chance to buy the package at the time. I was scrounging cash as a student at the time of the fundraiser, and now having graduated and working, I can easily afford it, but there's no way to purchase it. That being said, If someone had the budget to buy the package and chose not to simply because they didn't want to spend the money, then tough luck. I still think Jari should allow it to be purchasable, even if it's not at the same value as it was in time package, but ultimately it's his band, music and choice.

The only email I found yesterday was one that linked me to the bandcamp which was asking me to rebuy the time ii album in order to download it. Any help is appreciated. He said that they will try to resolve any issues and they said that they will keep the downloads open for a little bit so that everyone can get them. Trying to listen Time II, finding myself going back to this album instead. Granted, the sound, mix and devotion is a million times better on Time II, yet the songs are just tedious, especially the slow ones. So 🤔 Get the old producers from Ensiferum 2001 back, add vocals to some of the songs on THIS album, record proper drums and update the samples. Instant Hit-album accomplished. 🤟🏻 Making good songs is a rare talent these days. Too many digital choices and soulless results. Top? Fountain, Steel, Hunters 🤟🏻
