It's so satisfying to see that you guys have the same problems as me when recording. When the recording light is on I automatically lose 80% of my skill and f*ck up parts that normally are no problem ^^

It's genuinely beautiful and touching to listen to just parts of this song, even when they're just instrumental. The expression you create is immensely strong and shakes my whole body. This is exactly what I feel: There is always one Song, that is very very emotional. In Wintersun it was Sleeping Stars, in Time I it was Land of Snow and Sorrow and in Seasons it is Loneliness. And I swear to every god in the world, I had so fucking big tears in my eyes by first listening, it was like a vulcano of emotions. Mixed emotions. Some good, too. Then I realized, that I am still alive and should be thankful, that I can feel such intensive, strong feelings. I listen to metal since I was a kid, but no band ever brought me to tears, like you did, Jari. I supported you, by buying and I will repeat. Thanks for rumble my feelings and let me feel alive, like I never did before! That is 100% pure art. Thank you, I love you!

I know why Jari wrote this song, and it’s beautiful. But when I first heard this I knew nothing of Wintersun or the original inspiration of this song. To me I felt with the imagery on the screen, the lyrics, the feelings…I felt as if It was the goodbye of a lost WWII soldier trying to find his was back lost in the dead cold winter, missing his family and child, almost making it back but but just barely missing it

3:45 my favorite notes/arpeggios, so dreamy and somber.. and I don't know why it seems somewhat familiar.
