Gencho Genchev no one has buyed pants for him. If you want him wear pants, you need to send 100 000€ for him. By doing this you can download picture he wearing them for just 2000€. Or if you want hi-res, then another 100 000€. After that he can record smoke on the water main riff and edit correct timing and tune.

There is a very good reason why jari is playing just in underpants... Cause the guitar wont slide if u dont have a guitarstrap...it's pure science! The friction keeps the guitar in place...I also record and practise with my guitar only in underwear when I sit... :D

I loved this. I cant use any fancier words to describe it. There hasnt been enough content of Wintersun or specifically just Jari playing guitar. His riffing is inspired by everything a metal guitarist grew up with. We need more material of your tracks or riffs where only the guitar is heard. Every note, palm mute and "simple power chord" is fantastically cared for to deliver the best of sound. If you do find the time (HEHE), Jari.. please release more videos like these. Call it play throughs, demonstrations, whatever.. I want more!

It's so pleasant always when someone manages to get that kind of sound from an electric guitar (I don't mean the sound itself only, but all that you do with it, in this vid and in the songs). The first minute and 40seconds of "sons of winter and stars", everything is so musical, there are so many different instruments but it all blends together so perfectly... It's both melodious and loaded with energy. I don't know who composed this part, but this is pure genius!
