Winthrop- NOT your average Washington town

We didn't even know this town existed but we are sure glad we stumbled upon it on the way to North Cascades National Park in Washington state. Check out Winthrop, Washington with us! Really neat town with that wild western vibe that takes you back to the gold rush days. We even got to see a car show in this awesome setting! We continue through the beautiful North Cascades that had some wildfires going on. But we got to see Ross Lake and the beautiful windy Diablo Lake. That water color is spectacular! We finish the video at Deception Pass State Park on Washington's Pacific coast. Thanks for joining us on this tour of Northern Washington!

I did it in 2007 on a motorcycle. Crossing Atigun Pass to the Northern Slopes was surreal. All the "noise" of the world was left behind South of the Brooks Range. A stella moment of life surrounded by surreal beauty. Your photography captured it to a "T".
