Russia is the one that signed memorandums of understanding to help build refineries that will allow for the processing and value addition to the energy, mineral and agricultural resources. Russia is also the one that has offered their assistance and consultation with regards to the development of nuclear capabilities for energy and defense needs. Russian boots on the ground is also of benefit in the expulsion of and defense against the Globalist and neocolonial entities that have kept those countries subjugated for decades. They are a deterrent that adds another level of consideration with regards to attack or “ intervention” by the traitorous Afrikan neighbors, as well as an insurance that Francafrique policy in that region has been placed into the dustbin of history. It is up to each of the respective countries on the continent to determine their own alliances and security needs. And as Russia has no history of slavery, subjugation, subversion, extortion, exploitation, colonialism or neocolonialism on the continent that folks can point to, there is yet to be a reason presented that would justify denial of their assistance. The only folks worried are observers who can do nothing to obstruct the emancipation initiatives of the AEas. If your country does not wish to deal with them that is their right. Afterall the continent consists of 54 respective and separate systems for a reason.
