I’ve done cross stitch for 40 years, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and my fingers wouldn’t let me anymore, this is how I found diamond painting. I just submitted a cross stitch to Jaded Gem Shop for one of my patterns and I’m super excited to do one. Thank you for bringing my first love back to me.

Parenting is SO hard, and parenting a child who is neurodivergent is like parenting on hard mode sometimes. I love my little guy more than anything. As a parent sometimes you just need to hear that you are doing a good job. So for anyone who needs it, "You are doing a good job." Were all just out here trying to navigate life without making too many mistakes. :) 💚 Loki is such a great character. And I hope you get your cabinets figured out so you can feel more comfortable in your kitchen. Thank you for the Wip and chat!

This weekend I pulled up Disney+ to start watching Loki S2, and then I had a moment of "Gee... I don't really remember the details of S1. Maybe I should rewatch..." I almost talked myself out of it, but I know if I would just dive into S2 without a refresher, I wouldn't be in the same level of emotional investment in the story, so...S1 rewatching has begun. I've got 2 episodes left, then into S2 I'll go 😁 🐊

Aww I hope you feel better! Migraines are not fun. And with starting a new medication that sounds very challenging. Thank you for doing your Wip and chat I always love listening to you. I spent time with my nephews this weekend since their mom was out of town. My parents helped watch them and I came over to help too and play with then. They are 3 and 2 both boys. 💚🍏🍃🐉

Katie, you make cross stitch conversion look SSOOO easy!!! I used to do cross stitch so I'm familiar with the concept, but always started my pieces in the center and built outward. The way you are doing this piece easily blends the concept of cross stitch and diamond painting!

Sometimes a migraine can be felt as. A stomach migraine i get tummy ache the next day after a migraine

I just love your WIP and chats!! It’s so relaxing to listen to you and diamond paint!! I can fully sympathize with the migraines. I suffer from chronic migraines and I have for years. It’s miserable and I have missed out on a lot of things because of them. So I hope you are able to figure out something to get some relief!! 💚

I always respond to comments when I sit down with my morning coffee as I try and wake up a bit. Back when I was on anxiety medication I noticed I had a lot of headaches too. You may want to try another class of medications. Have you ever had a neck MRI? Would be worth checking and seeing if there is anything like a herniated disc bone spurs etc that contribute to the headaches. I didn’t know I had a herniated disc and once I had surgery for that my headaches went down considerably. Mark something on your calendar when you take a med like excederine so you don’t forget it’s easy to forget when you feel so sick

Oh, Katie. I feel so bad that you’ve been struggling with migraines. For me this is the typical season for them (fall = ugly awful allergies in the Midwest. Fall leaf mold/rot and people taking/blowing/burning them just triggers me beyond belief.). I am always surprised to hear of your internal worries and struggles with trying to get everything on your channel *just right*. You come across so kind, caring, and genuine always, that it never occurs to me that you’re struggling behind the camera. I wish I could give you a hug. Your honest reviews and at the same time positive attitude are wonderful to listen to and I truly enjoy each and every one of your videos. I was a little worried when I didn’t see a Friday DAC sneak peek from you but also figured it was a shipping issue or something. I hope that you have a wonderful week ahead and that your mom coming into town brings joy and laughter to you all. I’m sure the memories made with her grandchildren are so very precious to her. Sending you good vibes that your doc also helps to work through another medication option without so many harsh side effects for you! (Daily headaches should not be something you have to subject yourself to just to have your mind not continually lie to you.) Lots of love. 🐉💚

I was on anxiety meds a while back and had headaches and now you are making wonder if it was related. It’s change of season finally here in west Texas and the headaches are back, but that’s the cause now. The wind is really howling outside! Reminds me of walking across campus at Tech in the fall. Thanks for the WIP n’ Chat. I’m sorry you are dealing with fatigue, headaches and migraines. The real downside of new meds for anxiety having such effects makes you anxious. I’ve had that dealing when the meds are so expensive that they really aren’t obtainable. I wish you luck and hope you and your therapist can find a good balance. 🦠

💚💚💚 This seems like the perfect type of art for doing a cross stitch conversion! The black outline really adds a little extra ✨ Also wow, I've been so incredibly sleepy and off my sleeping schedule recently (regularly lying awake to 4 am and waking up at 1 pm!!), and I didnt even think that it would be from my new anxiety medication! I got it a week back, and mostly read that the side effects would be awakeness - not sleepiness. Crazy how our bodies can be so different that you expericence the exact opposite symptoms haha

I finally understand what you’ve been talking about with cross stitch conversion projects! I’m curious though, do you have to figure out which colors to use or is that somehow decided for you? I mean like which diamond colors correspond to each cross stitch color. I love the idea! 💚🍀🌴🐢🥝

Finishing up my halloween diamond painting that I started on right before I learned about drills and chills /facepalm. Oh well! I'll be ready for it next year!!! I have chronic migraines and I have headaches where one dose of excedrin doesn't touch it by itself I have a prescription med I have to take with it to get the headache to go away.

I am sorry you suffer with migraines. I get 2-3 a month but some last for days. before i started taking Metoprolol tart 50ml i would get 2 a week or just have it for the week.so ya i feel for you and sorry you have to go through them.💚💚i have read all the Sarah J Maas books so so good.lol and i just started my channel. i have a lot to learn LOL i am nerves and mess up.

have you talked to your doctor about shots for your headache? i was having headaches every day and they prescribed botox shots for my migrains. it worked wonders.

SSRI are known to increase migraine in those of us who are prone :( Prozac was the only one that didn’t kill me with migraines. Zoloft was the absolute WORST for me - migraines, full body shakes and extreme vertigo. 🤮🤮🤮

Gurl, you took Prestique? Lord in heaven STOP taking it right now!!! I'm not even kidding you, that pill has ruined my life. One of the side effects is chronic pain. For you, it's migraines for me it affected my peripheral nervous system. It is actually banned in New Zealand. But I got mine from Australia. I regret it deeply. Before your headaches turn chronic, please stop. But if you aren't taking it, please don't anymore. My doctor failed me big time. 18 months on it & now I have chronic pain. Hell in a hand basket is what that pill is!!🎄🎄🎄🎄

“God of mischief”, Thor’s servant, Loki?? Sorry, I’ve seen a documentary about Thor and for some odd reason, it states that Loki was Thor’s servant. Even my Mythology teacher thought it was weird for the announcer to say that about Loki. So, whenever I hear the name “Loki”, I automatically think of that weird Thor documentary. I had an actual mythology class in high school and it mostly went over Greek and Roman mythology, with a bit into other countries myths, like Norse. 🍃🍏🥦🥬🥒🫒
