it could be because you have reached your limit on creating playlists im not sure how many youtube allow but thats my theory oh my you spent all your cash already i rember in few days ago u was saying its pay day sounds like you love spending haha you could always try klarna or clear pay you pay over time with them i use clearpay its fab love the way you have music playing in background :)
