💕🌸🌷🪷🌺 Sorry about your migraine, you’re in my prayers! I’m a chronic migraine sufferer and man, it can be really rough sometimes. But, thank goodness for rescue meds!! And, make sure to never run out and have what I may need on hand and refilled. Be careful with preventatives, your Dr I’m sure can help guide you. I now just watch what I eat (food triggers are huge for me, esp Nitrites) and try to be a health conscious as possible with lots of water and rest. I too use heat or ice depending on how I feel. I’ve even used heat and ice at the same time, it actually really helped with one that I had had going on 72 hours. Wishing you all the best.🌸

As to Outside the Sweet Shop, it mostly was the massive number of colors of the kit, then the bright colors and the name of the kit. My functional neurologist that specializes in migraines suggests placing ice all around your neck. It does help me. My husband gets migraines and he has gotten Botox shots that has helped. Now he’s getting a quarterly infusion. Check with your neurologist on these treatments. When my kids were little, we did Summers from A-Z, where we did something for each letter of the alphabet. It was adventurous to find and try new things to fit the letter of the day. I look forward to seeing your kit up of Outside the Sweet Shop. 💕

💗 for the max color kit I think a factor for making it popular was the fact that it was not an overly large canvas. It may have a lot of colors, but the canvas is a nice workable size. And yes I would love to work on something like that for the challenge of the colors.

Thank you for the WIP and chat, Katie! The Diamond Art Studio UK painting interested me because of the number of colors but also because it looked like the background was very dark and I had to rewind several times because I don't understand were they have 197 colors. I do want to try a max color diamond painting one day though. I think it will be very fun! 🌸🍨💕💖

Migraines are THE worst, I've suffered with daily chronic migraines since Nov 2019. My neurologist gave up on me and then I went back to my GP who gave me a med used for chronic pain and not they have halved in pain scale and are almost non existent 😊 glad your feeling better though x

My dog has been freaking out daily with what seems like nonstop thunderstorms and EVERY time I pop on one of your videos he calms down and falls asleep! 🌷🌸🌺 migraines are the worst! Mine are often triggered by stress. Luckily I haven’t had one for over a year now but I sympathise with you as the one that you had sounded awful. Fingers crossed you don’t have another one anytime soon x

Hi Katie- I look forward to your Monday WIPs, totally enjoy them. Starts my week off great. You are an amazing creator, so many learn from you including me. When I get a migraine, I take 2 excedrin migraines and 1 benedryl then lay down, it usually helps me. My anxiety this week has been through the roof with having shingles, no fun at all. Been trying to keep my fingers busy with diamond painting to keep from scratching. Such great news that the boys will be in the same school this coming school year.🌺

🧠🧠🧠Hi Katie, I'm pretty new to DP. I was one who jumped on the DAS website and fell for a painting. I loved your robin but sadly I couldn't find it. I am a fellow migraine sufferers or was. Finally at 70 they seem to be gone. I contend that it's because I got a mouth guard from my dentist. Took about a year when I realized I was getting fewer and fewer headaches. I had no idea that my jaw clenching had anything to do with my headaches. Certainly not the only trigger probably but .. I feel your pain. Love your videos!

Your headache sounds just like the ones I get when I have artificial sweeteners! And yes it’s frontal and I want heat rather than cold. I have been on the daily preventative for years, and have rescued and yes we had the barometric pressure going crazy the other day, good luck.

This is the first time visiting one of your wip and chats in a while. I tend cycle through creators for that stuff. That should make life a bit easier having the kiddos at the same school.
