It tires me out even thinking about all the planning you do, and I was an accountant. 😀 I still enjoy seeing all the approaches we stitchers take on our projects. There is something for everyone. Best wishes to you and thank you for sharing your plans.

I bloody love a good spreadsheet! You're so inspirational, and I'm loving the process videos! I may have created my own spreadsheet, and I may have paused the video a couple of times to make sure I had the formula right! I also added a couple more columns for fabric type etc so I can see which projects may need a fabric sorted. Thanks for these videos, keep em coming! X

Good planning 👍

If you drag the bottom right corner of each cell downwards after you have typed in the formulae, (or sideways for horizontal rows), you don't have to keep re-typing it, as it will automatically copy the formulae into all the cells it is dragged on to.

Working on the lowest percentage each month is a super interesting way to approach this! I like it. I can't wait to see the progress :)

I use the Notion template from Stitchy Nati and it has functionality like this built into it, I love it 🥰 I’m still in the process of uploading everything into it, but it is great to be able to see these stats 🥰

Enjoyed this video! I like how structured you are. Maybe I have to make my full coverage projects as well more visible with an Excel sheet. But I'm afraid to see my numbers 😯. Have a great weekend and happy stitching

Hello Washington neighbor! I'm in Oregon. I also recently added a % done to my spread sheet and find the idea of climbing my color code motivating! It's very exciting to get to update it's % and color! 😅

Great video, thank you for showing us your wip progress chart. Also, a tip. You don't need to put sum() to every calculation. Sum is only to add multiple cell values together. So for percentage you can just write =c2/d2 for example.

I just did this recently with my full coverage pieces so I could figure out how to keep up finishing 1 per year thru 2030. I don't know after that because I'll only have the huge pieces left! Lol
