I am VERY disappointed by this new season/reboot. If you want to watch wipeout, try to find one of the old episodes online or a recording on TV. For this long of a wait, I'm really not happy. The show's format has been absolutely demolished by making it 3 rounds, teams and not even showing the entire run done by the contestants! The hosts aren't funny AT ALL, and the show now has been 100% changed to be for adults and not families. Seasons 1-7 had the typical joke that was for adults but would fly over the kids heads, but now when in one of the episodes a pair of male genitals were drawn on the screen, that really crossed the line. The production quality has been HIGHLY dropped, to where it feels more boring than fun to watch. The Johns and Jill had all had cracked some amazing jokes and had great commentary making it truly fun to watch. Again, I'm very disappointed by this reboot, and I'm most likely not going to watch the show further..

Loved the old series because the hosts (John and John and Jill) made it genuinely funny. The three new hosts are, quite simply, lacking even the hint of humor. Bad lines badly delivered. I can't imagine this lasting. And it used to be kid-friendly. Whoever decided it would be funny to draw male genitals on the screen and treat it as comedy apparently decided families aren't really the target anymore. Bad casting, bad humor, bad judgment. The engineering is still amazing, but that's about it. Cringe.

Watched Total Wipeout UK version on Hulu. Came here expecting a mediocore reboot, saw this one short clip, and got just that. Hosts are not funny, dry, and boring commentary. They switched up the color schemes of the show and it's original platforms. They changed the format of the rounds with this teammates bullshit. And lastly they took out a round, it's supposed to be 20 contestants then 12 then 5 then 3. So like I feel when you call your show a reboot and you change so much stuff it ain't a reboot. It's a different show. Just call it something else.

This is just poor quality I live in the uk and the show was total wipeout same thing as this but it was based on the old wipeout usa and was cancelled in 2012 . The show had good commentary as it was British humoured but they also showed full runs and the edits wasn't over the top like this one but how the show is going its becoming tony Blair and that is the worst thing for everyone. But I did watch the old usa wipeout and that version felt more alive than a reboot that this as it'd is ment to expand on the original but it doesn't even come close.

I just hope TBS hears this information. First, I very much dislike the “on the field girl”. She’s not funny but is like watching a millennial trying to communicate. Second, the pair commentators are both “equality” or equally unfunny. Around the worst to listen to in the way when you see someone trying so hard to fit in something they clearly do not. Entertainment in general is getting weird. Before you made an effort to capture our minds or at less distract us but now it’s like forced and unpleasant.
