Wipro Campus Connect session | New Salary Structure | Freshers | 2021

Wipro campus connect session was held on 13th Oct 2021 for the candidates of East zone.
On this sudden session, few of the Wipro leaders introduced the fresher candidates with a new salary plus bonus structure and a thorough discussion was held regarding many queries and interests of students. This video is a gist of that session. I tried to compile all the relative information into this video as far as I remember. Hope you like the video. Unfortunately many students are foundfacing issues regarding mails that wipro is sending. So I'd say please be patient and wait for any response from wipro's side itself for more clarity.

What is the next process after complete this session? October 13 they said on boarding dates (Nov 8, 15,22) and they send survey mails to everyone, so what is main purpose this mail?

The purpose of this session was to announce their new salary structure for freshers. Regarding boarding dates, unfortunately I possess no information on that.

It's not mandatory though it is important if you are willing to join wipro you should know the details of your job. In case you missed it watch the video fully all the informations are given here.

It is not sure. Although no one has received rejection mail yet and they said that the interview process may continue till November 'cause number of students is big. So don't lose hope yet. If you've given exam very well you could get turbo invitation also so hang on.

I have a doubt. The salary raise after 2 years means that 2 years after the date of joining or 2 years after the completion of 18 months??

2 years after joining date. All the time periods are counted from day one.

@@18adityaghuge36 they conducted the Live session on Microsoft Teams platform but unfortunately they did not share any link to watch the session afterwards. In this video itself all the information that were shared in the session have been accumulated precisely. You can watch the whole video to get the gist of that session.

Can we get Turbo mail based on our assessment directly or it will receive after the elite interview.... Because my exam went very well but I didn't get any mail till now.

No if you qualify for turbo then you'll be having turbo test and turbo interview followed by that. Elite interview will not be applicable for you in that case.

No bro only students who will be placed in elite are eligible for turbo..and Wipro management said the will take top 10 to 15 % students based on their score and interview performance and they will conduct turbo for them .. they said probably exam will be in January.. and if u are qualified in that there will be no further interview and you will be given with 6 lakh package

Apparently if you have recieved campus connect mail then most probably you'll be eligible for interview.

Me neither. But as they said mails are getting delayed as the number of students is very large. So let's not lose hope yet🙂

Attending the session was not compulsory actually. But what I understood from the session is that the session was only for those who have been selected for next round. So if you've got the session mail they said "they'll not leave you behind". Most probably you will get business discussion mail very soon.
