This was one of the most well drafted & well delivered speech Rishad sir, I can sense what you were saying you truly believe in it. Infact, it makes more sense for students listening to you before they start making big decisions of their lives. We all start a new journey of adulthood with a baggage, we really need to make new generation understand about stiching their own shoes analogy. People cant fly with heavy bagage, bagage of expectation really takes a big toll on many of young souls.

Teaching is like as u said daily exercises it sometime elaborate the body conditions depends ur student maturity level. Listening is same like maturity break up. This is same like participants level.
