Wire bead tyre extremely tight removal

The first step to removing the tire is to unseat the entire tire bead off of the internal rim bed so that the tire bead is in the center of the rim which is on a lower shelf of the rim. Since it is a smaller circumference, you should then be able to use the tire irons to remove the tire.
