Yvonne, thank you for all you’ve shown us, all you’ve said about what we could possibly be working on, and all your encouragement. With me….(a beginner) I just love to practice the weaving (that I am NOT good at) and actually just listen to you while you’re creating something. It actually relaxes me (unless I’m frustrated) except I have to put up with the extreme pain in my hands because of arthritis. I have joined a few channels, however……YOURS is the best and I just sit here and watch what in the heck you’re doing! Thank you so much.

Okay I know this video is a bit old. I have a lot of round style shells and was looking at tutorials even though I don't even have wire, but then you said that thing about not being too critical of your own work, and that other people have different taste and might love your creations - and boy did I need to hear that. Thank you.

Hi , I have watched you for sometime now and love your wire weaving skills ! I have a tip for you !! When wire weaving and trying to get that tiny wire threw your base wires , use a straight pin between the shell and base wire. it works for me.

Thanks for sharing this. I learned so much here. I have never tried wrapping wire before but I gave it a go. The first shell was rough because I really had the wrong gauge wire for wrapping the 20 gauge but it sorta turned out to look like a cool ornament to use on a macrame wall hanging I just finished. The second time I tried this was sooo much easier because I bought the 28 gauge wrapping wire and low and behold I have something very like the lovely wire pattern you taught here. I just really appreciate the time and effort you put into shooting this video and for your expertise ❤❤❤❤

I love your work, and you are extremely talented with a great personality. It hurts me to write this, but on this sea shell video it seemed like you forgot the "just stop" lesson. They teach in public speaking classes that when you've had your say, just stop, don't keep piddling around. The same way in the arts. Sometimes less is better. Trying to cram more and more doesn't necessarily make the creation better...instead, just cluttered. The natural beauty of the sea shell should be enhanced, not hidden. The beauty in your work is the quality, not the quantity. Just my opinion, please don't be offended. Luv ya 💕
