Thank you for so generously sharing these techniques with us. I learn so much from you. Your love for this craft is clear in the care that you take to perpetuate it. I find myself trying things that I never thought were in my reach to do successfully. You have made me a better weaver, and I am very grateful. Some time ago, I found some images of your pieces online. I was an absolute beginner, then, just learning how to keep my wires straight, and the weaves tight...and could not imagine HOW ON EARTH you made them....and here you are...patiently showing me, step by step. Thank you, again. I wish you every success.

I’m so glad you drew this out to explain it. When you said to stack the half rounds, my mind knew what you meant but it looked like the 2 half rounds were side by side.

You are an excellent teacher! That cross section diagram was priceless. As Confucius said, One picture is worth a thousand words. So true. This is a lovely concept and I will use this for my loose precious stones. Thank you so much!

Why not do it the same way, only wider with a few more wires?

LOVE love love your videos and teaching style. Very thorough. Thank you! I have a request....could you possibly do a video on how to set pear or tear drop shaped stones? I have a ton of teeny ones and larger ones and I'm dumbfounded somewhat on how to approach a way to set them similar to this marquee style setting of yours or similar. My brain just can't seem to think of a viable and aesthetically pleasing method in which to do this. Help? It would be GREATLY appreciated! Ty for all that you do!
