@@chuggon7595 First of all, the Astronaut Ice Cream is indeed a marketing gimmick, if you didn't notice, he said several times that they can not have food items that crumbles, and the "astronaut" ice cream is freeze dried ice cream, which means that it's a crumble fest. If they are to have ice cream in space, it has to be ordinary ice cream, which he also mentioned that they had in a "fridge" I think he meant freezer though.

It´s because to be an average astronaut, having knowledge, courage and determination is common place for all of them. There is no "pay to win" for REAL astronauts, so in the end, it´s your behaviour in a close environment with people and attention to details like this that are going to define you as good astronaut.

xThelq I hard they use dry shampoo for their hair but I don’t know about how they clean their bodies. I’d imagine they wouldn’t have to shower as much as they would on earth because there’s not much to get them dirty up on the ISS
