99% of us watching this will not make meditation a daily practice. You will watch this video and countless others and rather than stopping to begin a life of meditation, you will just continue to watch youtube videos in search of more confirmation and inspiration. It doesn't have to be so, stop watching videos, start doing what you know you should be doing. Thank you for your message Dandapani

Everyone that sees these message are reading the comments and has it dawned on u it could have been after the seminar ? Judgmental behaviour is not the way here’s an exercises for u if u want to be self aware - notice & count how many times a day u think judgmental thoughts about others a day then do the same about how many negative thoughts u think per day , trust me u will have a massive epiphany that u need to change if u are a negative and judgmental person ...

So I'm thinking the Buddhist retinue of concentration IS clearing or emptying your mind. That is, empty your mind in order to have it be full once more. The Hindu vernacular is not so. I've studied the Bhavad Gita. Although I've learned that the Buddhist and Hindu pantheons have sort of a meeting of the minds in certain aspects of traditional teachings. To me, I don't follow any one religion religiously. I'm eclectic. I like having an eclectic mind. Not matter, I must admit, this man is astonishingly refreshing. You can see how full of amazing wisdom and impressive insight he has.

This is so true what you are saying because believe it or not I experienced it and my past an early age at 17 I got involved what is spiritual group but before then I grew up and my grandmothers and grandfathers Church sanctified so as a little girl I attended church services but at the age of 17 I decided to Branch out and do my own thing was truly hungry for the meaning of life and purpose got involved with Jehovah's Witness group around 19 and continue on for the next 40 years preaching teaching about the kingdom and yes I came to mastery but was short-lived because it wasn't the right Divine time as it took me until now to recognize it but we are now in the Divine timing and I feel my strength and my will power coming back I will never lose it ever again

When we say "life is short" we mean : when you lead a life that is fulfilling, you never get bored and thus, time flies... Thank you for that good explanation of visualisation. To me, meditating is about OBSERVING the movement of the mind until you can finally SEE for yourself the dynamics between your mind and your ego, until you DISCOVER that it is your soul that commands the two others. That is what I have discovered with hundreds of hours observing the dynamic in my psyche.

I did this while going sleep in bed laying down. I imagined as electrical energy being flown around the body in and out from the spine and then suddenly I lost consciousness and could not feel my body, forgot who I was and I freaked out because it felt scary. I forced myself to get out of the process even though there was some delay about 3 sec. It was kind of the same trip effect on marijuana I had first time. It was awesome but scary at the same time. Anyways thanks for posting this secret which really worked. I am going try Again 😂

Ashique Al chemyst so meditation is something that is a bad trip on marijuana when consumed too much of your body can handle which then gives sleep paralysis (scary). I don't think it's sleep paralysis, it's so difficult as your switching your brain completely off.

Fabulous video and advice. Not really heard anything so Frank before about how to meditate. I was buzzing that I stayed focused on the meditation. My concentration hardly drifted at all. So shows the effects of what I've been practicing so far. Just need to concentrate when I'm not meditating now. Hehe. Thank you for the wonderful guidance xx
