Hello, I purchased this product and can not get an aftermarket reverse camera to work with it. I attempted to connect the module's purple reverse wire and the camera to the reverse light as described in the manual, but it didn’t work. I also tried wiring the camera to the module’s blue cam power cable directly without success. I can view video when I connect the camera to the front CVBS input and blue cam power cable via the DVR app, confirming the camera itself is functional. Additionally, when I toggle DIP switch #3 to "on" and shift into reverse, the module displays the original car screen, indicating it detects the reverse gear without needing the purple cable connected. However, no matter what I try, I’m unable to get the aftermarket camera video to display when I engage reverse gear. So far, technical support has not been helpful.

Installed on DS4, it works for AppleCarplay. I still always need to go to the official menu to switch to Bluetooth output, then come back to the module CarPlay. The integration of the cable from the light of the glovebox is impossible without cutting a part of the glovebox to let enough space for the cable and clip the light. The video does not show how to reclip the light with all the cables but I think it is not possible without cutting

Muchas gracias por el vídeo, me ha sido de gran ayuda. Para el funcionamiento del sistema tengo una duda, cuando está funcionando Android Auto ¿Cómo se hace para poder visualizar las pantallas del sistema operativo del aparato? Cuando no está conectado Android Auto logro acceder pulsado el botón del volante List, pero cuando está conectado Android Auto solo cambia entre este y el sistema operativo del coche. No sé si hay que pulsar otro botón en el coche, en el teléfono o en la pantalla de Android Auto para poder hacerlo. Gracias

Unfortunately I can't set automatic switching to the reversing camera despite the original camera in Peugeot 308 t9 2015. I tried connecting via the reversing light cable but it doesn't work either even when I used a voltage stabilizer (then the whole system freezes and stops responding)

I'm struggling with setting up an aftermarket camera. Did not manage to do it yet, but i fund how to set the system with the original camera : you need to toogle the pin / dip switch number 3 on the box and then the system will automaticaly switch to the original SMEG screen when you change to reverse gear.

@@marwineper It works for me, you need to reboot the module for the new configuration to work. The module takes time to shut down when you stop the car.
