sir,i have jabber clients and cisco 8945 phones set up on the call manager. The call manager and imp servers are on vlan 13.some jabber clients are on vlan 13 while others are on different vlans. users on vlan 13 do not experience one way audio/video issue.users on different vlans are experiencing one way / video issue. i do not route call outside my network. i have read some articles but they foucs on Outside network. please can u provide me with some tips on how i can resolve this issue
