This is why Tristian Wirfs needed to move to Left Tackle. By the time his rookie deal was over, he was going to be considered a top 3 Tackle maybe the best. You don't want to pay a Right Tackle Left Tackle money. But that would have been reality if he had not moved over. Congrats Wirfs, you are about to get No 1 pay.

Now days, left or right doesn’t matter… 5 of the top ten paid are RTs. Including the top tackle paid.

In 1996, the "Community Investment Tax" was passed 53% to 47%. It was a 30 year 1/2 cent sales tax. I wonder if this tax has to sunset or will the Commissioners try to extend it to add a roof and other improvements on Ray Jay. 30 year stadiums typically get replaced or a major renovation around now. Can not see government officials allowing that money to sunset if it does not have to. 2026 or 2027 it will sunset.

If Tristan werths and Winfield both become Hall of famers then I would take this draft over the Brooks and sap draft only because they had to get Winfield in the second round and sap and Brooks were both first rounders still both great drafts but I would take J-Dawgs draft
