This video was extremely helpful. 2003 F150 had Theft light 16 code. With these diagrams I was able to trace the problem to a broken wire from the fuse that feeds the PCM relay contacts. Fixed that connection and life is good. Thank you so much for sharing!

the wiring diagram gives good direction. Yesterday i diagnosed an '87 Ranger 2.3L, crank no start. Diagnosed a defective inertia switch....no accidents, just old age. Wont allow power to either fuel pump. Bypassed the switch and the truck started right up. I'm thinking about cutting the switch open to see what the issue is inside. I can hear what sounds like a loose metal ball when I shake it. When i 'reset' using the white button on top the ohms go all over the place, lots of resistence to almost none and sometimes goes OL. Crazy how it just crapped out. I own the truck for 17 years and never had a no start ....not bad i guess since the issue happened in my driveway, how convienent! replaced diodes and pcm relay relay and finally i got it started thanks for saving me a lot of money

Had this problem, your video help me find that my wire to pin 30 was corroded and needed to be replaced. But I still don't have power to f2.20 or f2.21 in start. Blinking theft light off but car still won't start

I have a 2000 Ford Mustang convertible that has a crank no start issue with dashes on the odometer and the self diagnosis does not work any ideas on where to start been chasing this for a year and a half with no results the pcm looks good internally no pops or burns all coatings still in tact internally please help I drove this car 1 time before I bought it and when I went back to pick it up this is what I got myself into 3.8 v6 5 speed manual trans I know you just have to be smarter than the machine but Apparently this is above my pay grade

Hi, I have a 2005 f150 5.4 4x4, and I’m having problems with the mas air flow sensor, I installed a new sensor and it still doing the same thing, the vehicle will start for a few seconds and shuts down, unplugged the sensor and it starts with no problem. I checked power between pins 5 and 6 and I get 14 Dcv but it drops down to 000. I’m thinking it’s the pcm relay??????

hey bud, just wonerinf if youve had any dealings with 2002 f150 pats intermentint romblems? this wasmy dads truck, he got hit a few years ago, since then, every now and then, the truck wont reconize the keys, an wont start. crank no start. it has actually gotten frequent as of late. it doesnt seem to matter if its raining, hot or col outside. cant fin a common varible. cant rely on the truck to start, but but i have to rely on it now, so i need to get it straight so im not left straned! so any help would be great. btw... if my typing is off, i apoligize. my keyboard is acting kina crazy.

Went through each fuse step by step and solved each powering issue until I got to the pcm relay. There is power coming into 85 but nothing into 30 even though fuse 2 has power. Any help?

on fords you will need to use the old circuit board...its programmed to the car
