I did my gen 4 swap and just used a generic ls swap fusebox. I'd love to tell you how much cleaner it looks than yours but it's a rats nest lol. Works perfectly though :)

The ground wire I said I wasn’t sure was important is the ground for several things but most importantly it is the ground for the fuel pump relay. So it needs to be hooked up.

You just use the GMLAN wires from the harness itself straight to a generic OBD2 connector

hello.. im using the same engine transmission and harness but i cant start the engine.. i dont have signal to the fuel pump, injectors and sparks.. is there another wire that im missing ? thanks in advance

The wire goes to the gas tank. Power wire for the fuel pump. Then the ground goes to the frame.

What did you do with the Body Control Module from this engine and still get it to run? I'm working with an 08 LY6 6L and I can't find any info on how to delete it to simplify my LS swap project.

you dont need the body control module for the engine to run. Take the ECM to your local tuner & have the VATS deleted. Once done, the engine can run with just the engine harness.

I just used a fuel pump regulator from a corvette. Serves as both a fuel filter & fuel regulator

Prodemand online has complete diagrams for the whole vehicle so I went through each connector one by one.

That probably took a little bit of time, but that is very helpful I will have to go and take a look. I was at the point where i couldnt be certain the harnesses advertised would even work with with my swap...id s till rather make my own.

All 6 wires from the pedal go directly to the pcm. I’ll get you the pin outs. I had a connector halfway only because I completely removed the wiring from the donor truck but it’s not necessary.
