I'm going with a soundqubed hdc4 15 on a crescendo 3500.1 I will have the xs power d925 upfront and I have a werker 125 amp hour in the back... with all sky high wire and getting ready cf y to use toolmaker double 1/0 awg wire adapters and singer 240 alt..... anyway bro keep up the videos and hopefully we can meet at springbreak nationals in 2016

Nice build but are you worried about overheating the amps? Being stacked under the seat there is no airflow. I would think they will get red hot in no time...Are you running fans?

watched your previous video of you installing a mechman alternator i just got my alternator from mechman yesterday and im not sure if its plug n play like how yours was i wont know until i get it apart but its for a 1998 dodge dakota 5.2 liter SLT got a soundqubed hdc15 going in there in a 5 cu ft box tuned to 33 hz the box sounds great just need to get this alt in thats all im worried about mechman said it will bolt right in but looking at the alt im not sure if thats the case it came with a red and black molex connector like yours but the end wires are snipped like i need to connect them to something

Dear exo, gotta question. So I have 2 regular autozone car batteries in my truck, wired in parallel. Looking to get a d3400 myself, would it be wise to keep the two normal ones up front and the xs power in the back? Got a 370 Amp alternator, just wondering whats the way u would set it up!

I work at Batteries Plus Bulb, I had a customer come in with an XS Power battery and he said he loved the battery.I did only last him about 2 years, considering that specific vehicle spent 10 months in storage at a time. I would have liked to get a couple of XS Power Batteries. The batteries i have now are (with our stores part numbers) SLI65AGM (x1, 75Ah [750 CCA]), and DURHR12-540 (x2, 155Ah [1150 CCA] Each, currently not hooked up, I'm waiting for my Mechman alternator to come so I can wire everything up all at once)

No, you're thinking of VARYING VOLTAGES, not AMP HOUR ratings. In that case of different voltages, yes, the higher resting battery will be parasitically drained by the lower resting battery.

Ahh I have the exact 2 batteries in my trunk of my cts ...But I never charged them before installing them and I keep hearing from everyone now that they aren't shipped 100% charged and that you should trick charged them before installing them and if they sit for longer than weaker too and I did both I bought both at the same time installed them and then I blew my amp battery sat in my trunk for like two months and then I hooked up my amp again and boom boom without charging them so I don't know what kind of harm that does or what but that's a lot of money and batteries

Yo I just installed 2xs750 in my car n my blinker is going crazy? When I take out the 2 xs batts n just leave my stock the blinkers work fine . I did the big 3 but I have the motor grounded the chassis grounded n the fire wall . I don’t think it’s the ground. Also blew the fues to the dash n lost gushes . But once the extra batts were out everything back to norma

WOW! Sounds like something was fundamentally wrong with the wiring. Adding extra batteries shouldn't have an effect any anything but reserve capacity. What did you do for troubleshooting?

I need help @EXOContralto I drive a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 Ext Cab and im running a cab 1600.1 on a Skar Evl 18. Electrical is all stock except big 3 my lights are dimming bad and having bad voltage drops will a d3400 solve this problem? And also could it make it louder? Thanks

I have a cab 1600 as well on 2 15's. Had bad light dimming even with my 2/0 gauge wires. I installed a second battery and its all gone now. And yes it will be louder. Move volts = louder.even 1 volt is a big deal.
