​@@nukewurld I recently returned to Trackmania (having played pretty much every Trackmania released before), and I think this new one is insanely difficult. I still manage to get plenty green medals and all, but man, it feels like this game is now tailored only for pro players and streamers who can spend 10s of thousands of hours. There are SOOO many different surfaces, boosters and mechanics to keep track of. Well Trackmania was always about retrying tracks until you can perfect them, but I feel like now so many tracks REQUIRE perfection just to finish them. Any tiny misclick, you lose that perfect line and you gotta restart, again and again. Then there is ice and bobsleigh, ughhhh. Even people who spent thousands of hours still have problem with those surfaces. I guess I'm happy that Trackmania is still popular but man, for new players I can imagine what insane difficulty curve this is.

Open question. I played TM turbo on console a few years back and saw the current game was free, played this season, got author times for nearly everything. Left me wanting more. That being said I consider myself a very casual player and don’t intend to put in more than 10 hours per month.
