Onion bread does actually exist, it is a traditional food here in Hungary, we spread grease on the bread with slices of purple onions on top. It's usually eaten at grill parties or during 'disznóvágás', a traditional hungarian gathering.

As a Norwegian, beans definitely fit in burritos but rice is honestly just here if you don't have anything else good tasting or nutritious to add. Beans to have a good flavor, texture and lots of nutrients, so a good Norwegian burrito with sour cream (and cheese if you'd like) should have beans. We literally have a Mexican living with us in a shared student housing, and he said that the Norwegian burrito was better than many of the good burritos he's had in Mexico. It's officially Mexican approved
