I have only seen the first part (where the french opera singing was muted) and I'm guessing that vocalremover couldn't easily seperate Wirtual's voice from the music due to the music having singing.

Most of these maps were part of the Zerator Cup, a yearly trackmania esport event created by the french streamer Zerator. Despite being held in france, the competition is open to anyone world wide, provided he/she qualifies. Speaking of which, most of these maps were made precisely for the qualifications at home, before the live event and are notorious for being tricky in every way possible, with a lot of cheeky shortcuts and unexpected obstacles. The names are either puns, references, or funny phrases like: "Bon je sais pas débrouille toi": i don't know, figure that out yourself. "le chateau dans le ciel": Castle in the sky (the movie from the myasaki studios) "vaut mieux pas chercher a comprendre": better not try to understand "Chameaurome": contraction of Chameau (camel) and autodrome "bon ya ptaite deutroi keute": well there may be a couple of cuts, but written with a very bad spelling "a travers le trou, puis en arrière": trough the hole, then backwards "Eau aime jet Tuyau et cut": translates litterally by: "water, like, throw, pipe and cut" but phoneticly sounds like "OMG, pipe and cut" "cent-quatre-ving-quinze champignons": 195 mushrooms and the list goes on...

He probably didn't mention it because that's just not true... Zerator made every map from ZRT Cup, Zevent and ZLAN, and the total amounts to roughly 200 maps, most of them tagged with the ZrT tag on TM exchange. In the map pack here there's 756 maps, they clearly state the author as not Zerator. Most of them are probably inspired by him though. Wirtual would definitly know this, he mentionned Ascension a few times on stream and even casted the qualifications
