I agree with the entire video. I've definitely been shown from the Lord the parallels between the physical and spiritual realms over the years. My only concern is, my wife and I come from many previous sexual relationships before we were married and saved... Are my wife and I not technically spiritually married because this blood covenant couldn't happen between us, because it already happened years before with others? We have had some marital issues over the years even though we love each other and God... Not sure if our inability to make the blood covenant to each other is a contributing factor :( thank you.

I was raised in a Hispanic family and culture where it was expected and even condoned that a man should be very promiscuous before marriage in order to gain a lot of "experience" and get it out of your system before marriage. There are so many of us who didn't know this at an early age. I for one lived in a society and era where premarital sex was common. We slept around with multiple partners and that was during our late teens and early twenties. It was okay, some got pregnant and some didn't. This is a good teaching that every house (not just Church) should preach. Unfortunately we grew from broken families and society. I hope this doesn't cause depression and frustration for those who have already lost their virginity and slept with many people. We should take into consideration our background, society and of course location. Those things matter a lot when it comes to shaping a person's values. I am of the opinion that Jesus washes aways our past when we truly repent. There shouldn't be any need to judge others for their past mistakes.

I'll be 25 next month. I took the oath to practice abstinence at the age of 16. I opened my heart to a woman at the age of 23 and we were both virgins. It was a long distanced relationship, so I guess I shouldn't have placed so much expectation into it in the first place, but she chose to give herself to someone else while we were still together. For a while I felt destroyed, but I realized it was good for me to understand what I was truly meant to be doing in this time. Improving myself and continue to save myself for a woman of God. Praise Jesus for this! I learned the hard way about soul ties, and the consequences of pre-marital sex. Nothing that comes from fornication or lust will last or be fruitful. And beware that even if you get "married" legally out of lustful passions and means outside of God's Will it still would count as non-marital commitment. Point in case, if you are a virgin, CHERISH IT; if you are not a virgin, repent and avoid sexual immorality, and break those soul ties in the Name of Jesus Christ and by His Blood! Be blessed!

This is well preached.My thoughts exactly as it is concerning marriage under God and not the state and how serious being one flesh and blood covenant is.When me and my love (now my wife) came together after years in a long distance relationship we went to God and gave our union to Him.We acknowledged God as The Creator,Witness and Authority of marriage and came to Him first and made our covenant together.We know that God gave His blessing to us.That was our wedding day and we consummated and became married totally becoming one flesh.We are both imperfect people,but I'm in love with my wife and my wife is in love with me.Marriage under God is far more legal,intimate and beneficial than marriage under the state.This video proves that and more.God bless you and thank you.

This analysis leaves out the “Pauline Privilege” in which the Apostle Paul states that if one person in the marriage accepts Christ as Savior but the other remains “unsaved,” then the two can remain together if the unbelieving spouse is willing to live in peace with the believer. But if the unbelieving spouse tries to create conflict or other harm against the believer, then the believer “is not bound” to this marriage and may separate from this unbelieving spouse and go on with life. See 1 Corinthians 7:15.

He did address this in passing. When he said you cannot say "I got saved" as a reason for divorce. Starting at Corinthians 7:15 it says " But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or the sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace" So if two unsaved people are married and one of them gets saved and if the unbeliever wants to end the marriage they can do so and the believer is not at fault. But, if one person in the marriage gets saved they cannot simply say I'm saved now and you're an unbeliever so it's all over. in reality it's really the unbeliever that is free to go.

It is based on whether the unbelieving spouse will then live in peace and harmony with the believer. If the unbelieving spouse chooses not to live in harmony with the believing spouse, then the believer is not bound in such a marriage. The point Paul is making is not that getting saved is an excuse for divorce. NO !!! Paul is stating that the burden is now shifted to the unbelieving spouse. The unbeliever must chose to live in harmony with the believer. If the unbeliever attacks the believer’s faith, becomes emotionally or physically or mentally abusive, then separation/divorce is permissible. Any time abuse is occurring in ANY relationship, that is considered a termination or “leaving” of the relationship. That is the same reason adultery is considered a form of “leaving” the relationship. Not consummating a marriage is also a form of “leaving” the relationship by refusal to enter into it sexually. You are reading the term “leaving” strictly/narrowly as the unbeliever walking out the door. But people “leave” relationships in many types of ways. Once someone is abusing another person, they have ceased being a part of that relationship. Someone in the military can receive a dishonorable discharge even if they are not AWOL but because they have become abusive toward fellow soldiers or are unruly/not following commands. Such is the case where a parent’s rights can be terminated by law as a result of abusing their child. Abusing a spouse terminates the marriage covenant. The unbelieving abusing spouse may still be under the same roof as the believer but the marriage covenant has been broken by the ABUSE, not by the lack of belief. The actions of the unbeliever toward the believer is what is the determining factor. Go back and read the passage carefully. PS I have a seminary training (M.Div.) and legal training in law school.

@@jenna338 If the believer is not BOUND then it follows that they can remarry. I am 60. I have never married. Therefore, I am not bound. Anyone who is not BOUND can marry. Otherwise, if you cannot marry, it would be because you are BOUND to someone already, right? Use logic. It's ok. If someone cannot marry or remarry, that must mean they are BOUND. But Paul's Scriptures clearly states that that person is not BOUND. I'm a seminary student, been to law school, and studied for my PhD in English. If someone is not BOUND then that means they are free. If they are free, they are free. The verse means that the believer's covenant never existed or has been broken such that God does not hold them to this covenant. God will deal with the unbeliever. But the believer may go one with their life. God releases a person from such bondage. Otherwise, people may find themselves in sinful relationships of fornication, etc, falsely believing they are not free to remarry because of their former spouse's sin. Try and get a better understanding of the Scriptures from God.

First ,ever , I listened to Dr. Myles; I must admit, that sermon, is a revelation. Speaking of revelations, may I be permitted with this open quotes of John 4:17-18 " 17 “I have no husband,” she replied. Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband. 18 The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.” To take this predicated sermon beyond: 1• many lived marriages in time, until death and dating in time until now are committing adultery, here is why: A- In Genesis " Yehuwa ( God), out of Adam's rib created Eve; thus, there is an Eve for every Adam out here: Therefore, marrying, or even dating someone else's Adam, or Eve, is adultery. 2• Dr. Myles, sermon on the unsupported wedding, even in church was, correct. Simply because, any union, in correlation of my #1 edification, is not an approved marriage, regardless of being wedded , let say in the biggest chapel. A- The reason: the celebrated wedding church on earth, does not , and isn't an approved marriage. For it is only, that, which God himself has joined in union, since the beginning of time, at creation: That creation, in his beatification vision of his gospel" Holy Family" in equal union of pair rib, spirit, and soul unified through Yehushua ( Jesus). Which explains the difference between soulmate vs soulmade. 3• The covenant, of Sex. : The power lays in the blood; I couldn't agree more Dr. Myles. A- To elaborate, it is important to wait for marriage, not just, but most importantly, with one's soulmate to consummate the marrige. Why do we hear: CON•SUM•MATE marriage; CON: covenant, the exchange of blood, that is beyond breaking the virgin hymen, and men first intercourse; in that which accomplishments of God's destiny vision of creating chapter is met. SUM: summoned, truly, I say; the conjugal bed, thus in the bedroom, isn't an arena to exhibit sexual performances, though essential😁. Sex, is the elan which celebrates creation of life, where God is summoned each time. Therefore, the conjugal bed, is an altar where the convened sacrament , first ever decreed God takes place. A• During sex, spirits are joined, mated in compatibility of God's divine vision, thus must be kept unsoiled. Sex before marriages without the rightful mate, opens doors to unpur spirit: bring curses of illegal sexual acts. Yes, any sexual exchange without your soulmate from God is illegal.
