23:01 It's actually funny that believing and proving ghosts exist is easier than believing in existence of devatas. In India when I asked this question to a friend of mine he gave me a book in which the question was not answered, but instead it sort of gave me process and invitation to burial grounds to witness by myself the manifestation (shamshan jagran) of bramha rakshashas (giant goblins who can do whatever you tell them to if you get them under control) under supervision. Of course the book was by a great tantrik, Shri Narayan Dutt shrimali, an ardent Devi Bhakta. He is a proponent of a great tantra spiritual community. So it actually is a lot easier to believe in Devas than to go and proove it for myself 😅
