"We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through." Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder. It's easy to forget for some reason, but no words ever carried more truth. Thanks for the great video!

My father used to say this all the time when I was worried about something. Mel, we are just passing through here, do not sweat the small stuff. The saying still gets me through a rough time to this day.

Hm. Australian wisdom? I'm American, and I'm familiar with almost all of these sayings. I was always told that these are English ideas, brought over by the Pilgrims, and whatnot. "The family that prays together stays together", for example. Odd.

@@tahu1349 Absolutely It's criminal behaviour by our standards.Your comment reminded me of what China's doing buying up our dairy farms & real estate & I'll be labelled a racist for saying this but because they're communist & our current government is so willing to roll over to China & sell us out in the short term they turn a blind eye.

At 1:13, you're dead wrong! Why would God help those who can help themselves? They don't need God then? This is a stupid aphorism!

Perhaps you could educate us, and show us the one person who sat on their rear, did nothing and God came along and helped them... The Universe always helps those who work at helping themselves. If that statement wasn't true, then every poor person would find hundreds of millions of dollars under their bed daily...

@@brotheramartey777 You just proved my point: "God helps those who help themselves.", your response does "NOT" agree to your first comment,. So, which is it?:, "At 1:13, you're dead wrong! Why would God help those who can help themselves? They don't need God then? This is a stupid aphorism!: " It is very bad to try to row a boat BOTH up and down current at the same time, you end up going nowhere. God "always" helps those who help themselves... Have you read ACIM? If not, you should.
