damn, Chris, you sure can play. Have you ever thought of doing some lesson video's like Damian Bacci or Randy Richter on your guitar songs. Hope your OK. Cheers.JB

Thanks John. I thought about it, but have some doubts + have not enough patience and passion for making this video lessons. Maybe due to I'm a self taught guitarist and 70% of my skills are semi self discovered (if I can tell so 🤣😜) which is faraway from musical grammar, solfegio ect.. i even don't use notes or tabs. I know some basis from my parents (I have a musical family) for sure, when I was a kid they taught me how to play piano, I know some chords, keys, duration form ect, but my way of understanding how to play music was built on listening and picking it up from the tapes + couple times I've seen how to play finger picking on a video cassette and one of my older friends, who played guitar in neo rockabilly/psychobilly band Shaking Guts showed me the pentatonic, when I was about 16 or smth.. that's it. Everything else was discovered and learned by myself in my own way, which works somehow 😃 But I'm not sure if I would have enough rights to teach anyone, being not educated musician in a proper classic way.

PS + being a teacher is a special gift/talent, you have to know how to explain things very well, but in my case I play/understand lotsa stuff subconsciously and guess will feel myself same as a dog 😃 able to understand a lot but not able to say a word

Класс! Драйвово. Но клип проигрывает исполнению. Продукт бомбический, но нужна упаковка и тогда это вообще бомба будет.
@boppill3 жыл бұрын

I can understand not having any patience, but I don't think you need any formal musical knowledge etc. Any way, it was just a thought. I really envy people like you who can learn how to play from listening to records, for my part, I'm a complete retard when it comes to learning without tabs. I'm trying to learn Sleepwalk by Santo and Johnny at the moment, so i'll probably be able to play it around 2025 or so. Cheer's Chris, and keep your head down lad.

For me it's important. If I decide to teach people smth then it's my responsibility and I should be the right level teacher, but I don't think I am. I mean I can show some stuff, how do I play it, but it's pretty primitive and I'm not always able to explain the details. Anyway thanks for sharing your thoughts and thank you for the kind words 🙌 Good luck with the Sleepwalk. Nice composition 👍

OH MAN! Too bad you broke up!!!!!!!
@boppill3 жыл бұрын
Well sorry to upset you, but.. nothing happen with no reason. Sometimes people can get tired of each other or become different. Maybe it's sad, but sure not too bad. It would be too bad to keep on playing together with having no joy. WG had lotsa different line ups since 2000. The previous line up was ± 11th. Besides Shnur (drummer from this video) was a drummer in the WG from 2007 to 2012. Albums: "Non stop boogie"/ " Dig my Jive"/ "Don't Touch my greasy hair"/ " Stay Cool" were recorded and played on the shows with him. And Baden (bassist) have appeared in a line up lotsa times since ± 2015, when we had to replace Rebel. So in a manner it's comming back to the roots. We have new songs and keep on rocking. Have you seen a new music video?

@@boppill I'm not sure! What's it called? But I LOVE your band! From CHI-TOWN, ILL (Chicago, Illinois USA) we have a little club on FACEBOOK called; "Rock-A-Billy, Psychobilly, Blues, Jazz, Surf, Calypso, Zydeco, Funk, Ska" and I spin tunes, and found your band and played about FIVE of your songs tonight in a row! Give me a friend request (Mary-Jo Romero) and join the club. You can also play your band's music! As far as your band's breakup, I know how it goes with bands. It's hard to get everyone to get along! Worse than being married! haha! So, I can dig it. Whatever line up you have, I know you are going to sound GREAT!!! You ROCK OUT!!! Great dancing music!!

@@mary-joromero8821 Thanks a lot! I have left the link on a new video right above your comment. Will try to find you on a fb. But there are plenty of Mary-jo Romeros there.
