I feel like these clippers really fail with the plastics , springs and other parts . I really wanted to love them and have bought Kemi “magic clip “ and “babyliss FX “ . They just don’t last and when you add 20 more for a whal blade , you might as well get a corded magic clip that shits on any of these Kemi’s. I have the 1931 and is clones and they are ok , but you gotta mod the spring and pay 20 for a better blade . So , I do think the trimmers are fine …..you still gotta ask if it’s worth the money and if something fails you have no warranty .

I put a babyliss blade on them and they are good now.. Battery also died pretty fast the first time but I charged it for 24 hrs and it last a lot longer now..

Had a kemei during my baby days in haircutting and it always cuts uneven, so many bald spots and line spots happening, ps. Then i upgraded to wahl magic clip, and everything started to go neat from there.

Dude, I have these and love them! Feel better in hand then wahls and thats all I've ever used. Cons. Battery life Low power is good for no gaurd blends but makes inconsistent Same probs you had man. But for the price I like em.

Their plastic like the magic clips , feel similar body wise and have a dual motor system.theyre 40 on Amazon and wish and magic clips are like 140 to 180 on Amazon since the pandemic started. I have swapped the blades yet on those but I just might soon. I got some Wahl fade blades and some ceramics to experiment with

Sean whenever I use my .5 guard closed on my seniors it leaves bald spots do u know how to fix this

A half guard closed is shorter than an open clipper so be careful using it. I use it half open only.

Definitely recommend. Honestly when I got it I didn’t need it cause I didn’t style at all. Use it as a challenge to get my money’s worth and start styling more. Got my girl one for Christmas as well and she uses it daily 👌🏻
