I've been in the states for a year now by myself and knowing that my family is having trouble even for finding food to eat at this moment just kills my mood and knowing I can't do anything about it yet (airports and post offices still closed, airports only for emergencys opened) makes me feel so horrible. Usually a couple of weeks to a month. They give you a time it will be delivered by and if you don't receive it by then you can ask for and will receive a refund and they let you keep the item when it does arrive.
