From the first time I saw you sing on the Voice I have thought you were a very unique and very different singer with your own special style. Been hoping the day would come when you would show everyone what a big mistake was made when you were not chosen in that battle round. I think anyone with any musical sense at all could see you were the winner. Then for all four coaches to more or less suggest the guy won and to barely acknowledge your talent? That was when I really didn't take what the coaches thought too seriously. It was like some made up words to find reason to keep the guy for whatever reason and just let another artist go for whatever reason. You won that battle and I'll never forget your performances on the show, as few as there were. Looking forward to your music and album. 👍❤️

Okay, listened to this multiple times to try and form an opinion beyond initial feelings. And I agree with Amanda Bailley. It's really good. Your voice is like silk and wine in Vienna. The instrumentals are relaxed but jazzy, they fit the vocals well. But it does feel like it is missing something. This is a good opening song for an album, so in a collection, it wouldn't feel this way. It could lead into real heart-wrenching songs. But currently standing alone, I feel like it lacks a bit of a climax. The pacing of the song feels very... even? Like, it's good mood music (I was hella chill the whole time) but there's a sense of anticipation that is not satisfied here. Again, this would be remedied by the addition of more powerful songs, which I know you're currently in the process of trying to get produced. I hope my criticism is not offensive, and taken with a grain of salt, since I'm no musical expert. Just an opinion from a fan. As for a numerical rating, 9/10, because I really do enjoy the song but must acknowledge that I had feelings beyond adoration. Please continue, you're amazing.

Leena Kanjanabout I feel like you guys were probably waiting for a chorus.. but this doesn't follow that form. It's a Verse/Refrain song. Meaning "you wish you had me" at the end of each phrase is the little hook. 😜 But, I appreciate your comments! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed one. 🤘🏼
