Gorgeous plants, Hoya Spartioides is my forever fav! Just a little cautionary note, she hates a repot. My first one died without warning😳. Of course that was just me, and you obviously are very knowledgeable. Thanks for sharing the planty love. ❤

The leaves actually drop as spartioidies matures. What you called the leaves is actually the peduncles. Its later that it forms the pedicel and umbel.
