I've had "I Am " in my tag since 09 lol. I read an interesting article for competitive OverWatch the other day. The team has a" scout". The scout formed the team. As an American team they brought in a Korean player and that had a huge language barrier. The guys on the team preferred that. instead of bringing a friend on they viewed it differently. They said that they have a job to do and bringing him in helped the team. Even though they knew little about the Korean player, they looked at it as a job and the teamwork has been top notch. pretty interesting stuff

Richard Grayson I have a 2 k/d in crucible and in trials I continuely go negative. I carried 2 1k/d's through a game against another 2 k/d and a 1.5k/d with an end game score of 2.2. Next game I get a .33 against a full team of 1's. Difference was the last team wasn't using sidearm + stickies. Smh

I feel as though organizing your own team/clan and trying to get big and grow is nearly impossible if you don't have any really skilled and dedicated friends. But another thing about joining teams is the reputation they'll always have, it'll give you that same characteristics and if you don't adapt to them, you won't suit the team and might just get removed for that. sorry for the dual comments but I feel this needs to be spoken on the problem with the young mindset is a combination of start struck and path of least resistance. peeps are lazy, complacent, and alot of people nowadays chose to submit to those they admire rather than aspire to turn their idols into rivals. it's an inmate laziness and lack of leadership people carry on their shoulders nowadays that makes clans like 13 devils so amazing when in reality they should be the norm. I agree, but I think the issue is that destiny sweats are sorta a monopoly. even at times top players just play against top players (iAM vs bsk/primal, etc) and don't bother with new teams because it would be a waste time since they would easily roll them

I think it's because people can't find good players to stick with. I have been in 3 clans that have disbanded, and broken up due to either disputes with other clan mates, or just not interested in playing the game anymore. I have tried to start my own clan, and get my mates who are still playing destiny and who think they are no good at crucible to come in there, and practice trials, just for the fun of it but still no luck. So many people are just so stuck in their own little ego bubble that they are clan hopping faster than you can change your underwear and it's frustrating. So yeah, me personally.. I would love to join Primal. Meet new friends, good players, and increase my skills, but that won't happen because I'm not at that level, but I would still join another established team, because if I could find regular raid teams and trials teams, and make friends who are down to just have fun, I'll stick with that clan until the end of my gaming career.
