Wisteria Acres Gong Bath June 23, 2024

The June 23, 2024 Gong Bath at Wisteria Acres Wellness and Retreats. Gongs played are 32 inch Symphonic, Saturn and Subatomic and a 24 inch Wind Gong. It was recorded using my phone and I've done my best to remove background noise. So, there will be sounds of people in deep relaxation and some coughing. I've found if you focus your attention on the sounds of the Gongs and/or your breath, the sounds of life simply fade into the background. Enjoy!
