I have had some success with Witch's cauldron in constructed actually as a 1 of in an aggressive deck. It gives a surprising amount of extra resources.

@@HeavyDave997 It would see play in constructed odd pally, but most midrange decks offer a chance to screw up. Its insane tempo plus value in Paladin.

@@grantmiller7257 but it doesn't, it isn't strong enough for constructed. And I doesn't offer you any tempo at all, and definitely isn't a win-more card. It is a good card if you are loosing or if it is even on the board, to get any value you have to trade your minions. Sure it can snowball in a Paladin deck, but it it isn't good or consisting enough to see contacted play

@@HeavyDave997 Its seen play in constructed odd paladin. It doesn't see meta play because the number of high roll decks is too high at the moment. Most decks need to win by 5 to be viable. 1/1 minions offer less tempo/value than most spells. The trade off is usually positive. But sm'orc predominates atm to eliminate the chance of misplay or bad rng.

@@grantmiller7257 Yeah but still doesn't give you any tempo, except if you play it after turn 6 and is lucky enough to not to get a semi decent spell but still not sure if you will consider that a tempo play. It just isn't a good card in constructed, either you are too far behind so you can't afford to basically "skip" a turn. Or you are winning on the board, then you want to value trade and keep your minions alive. Again you can be lucky and highroll some good spells and it gets better for each turn it is alive, but there just is so many other cards there is better anf more consistent for mid-range decks.

what are people's thoughts on an option in arena draft where, one time only, you can take all 3 cards offered, and one time only you can reject all 3? Feels like a way to reward skill during draft a bit more?

No, instead of wisely choose between 3 good cards looking for the best synergy, you just pick 3 goods and reject 3 bad ones when they appear. It would reduce skill when drafting.

Ohno, the Cauldron is broken, we need to put it together. Or not. (1.) 2 3/2 "Cauldron triggerer": Battlecry: Give a 0-Attack minion +2 Attack and Rush this turn. (2.) 3 0/4 Mage minion "Mage's Cauldron": After this minion survives damage cast a random spell. *** (1.) Let's trigger the Cauldron. Not much to say, maybe a Goblin Bomb synergy? (2.) I tried creating minions that were essentially buildings (Like Gunspire). They couldn't attack and had some positive effects for many different classes, and the mage one was a Library with this effect. It can also work as a cauldron.

So what i said was that i challenge you, Custom Carderino Kripperino to kreate the weirdest possible card. Here is mine. You can also check out the last one i made the first time i challenged you. The rules are: you can make it as long as you want with the text, but the longer it is, it should be considered worse. The main thing is that its weird. Well decide next time which one wins either by other commenters or obvious choice. You can only make 1 card. Bonus points for making the idea simple and short but still weird. Bonus points for making it balanced(other commenters decide if its balanced) Wacky wizard #2 20 mana common 0 attack / 0 hp You can play 20 copies of this in your deck. Battlecry and deathrattle: cast 2 random spells from a class that isnt being played in this game(random targets). Reduce this cards cost by the combined attack of all minions in both hands twice.
