Im not sure, but it looks like either the unseen elder cave at the end of Blood and wine ooor cave of dreams. Or it could be some random modded cave lmao

i played witcher like 10 years ago, if i realy let my brainsells work hard, and if i remember correctly, there was a cave where you could walk on the ceiling. I think thats the one
