RECIPE:
Radish with tops - 2 bunches - 800 gr.
Dill - 30 gr.
Green onion - 15 pcs.
Kankochi - 2 tablespoons FULL !!!
Water - 1 liter.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Salt - for salting 1 tablespoon. (Salt the radish, rinse with salt. I don’t salt the chimchi, since there is salt in kankochi.)
Coriander is not fried - 1. tablespoon.
Black pepper to taste.
You can add paprika or hot pepper - to taste.
Vinegar 70% - 1 teaspoon.
1. Vinegar can be any - to taste. It is also possible without vinegar. But I like it with a little acidity.
