Sir Please keep raising voice for following reforms at multiple stages 1) Answer key within 1 week 2) Marks disclosure of failed candidates at respective stage 3) Mains evaluation criteria 4) Model answers for Mains answers 5) True copy of answer sheet under RTI just like BPSC 6) Disclosing normalisation procedure adopted in case of optionals 7) Reducing the discretion and favouritism at interview stage through multi-panel interview or reducing the marks of interview 8) Declaring final result on the day last interview conducted 9) Conducting prelims 2 times in a year 10)Adhering to syllabus at the preliminary stage to avoid the randomness of results

This was all needed . After back to back failures of exam taking institutions even the UPSC the high level institution in India is losing its integrity and ethics. Thank you so much for raising this issue it is high time to raise such questions ignored from years.
