1. “I could see my own mother do it”. How can a one liner be so powerful? Cutting people the same grace we’d like to receive. Such wisdom. 2. “There’s NOTHING traditional about sitting in that fire with a black pot and cooking there the whole night”. So many gems here. 3. “Don’t burn yourself. Don’t break yourself”. 4. “Have open conversations” I think she’s really advocating for grace. What your MIL does, your own mother probably also do. I also don’t really agree with some of the things she said but that’s the beauty of life and opinions. Loved this episode. Thank you Lesego and Mme Serobe❤

It's working well, i have a great mother inlaw , but Mama Serobe has just given me that thing to take up my relationship with my inlaws up a notch. I'm definitely getting the book, too.
