With only six seats, the restaurant is always full! Old Japanese style yatai ramen!

The restaurant we asked to photograph this time is Sumiyoshi in Osaka.
Famous as the birthplace of Takaida Ramen, the restaurant is popular for its thick noodles and old-fashioned soy sauce-based Chinese noodles.
Perhaps because there are only six seats, or perhaps because of the heat, many customers eat at home, and more orders were placed for take-out than expected.
The service was just as it was in the Showa era, and the restaurant was very close to its customers, making it a homey and delicious place with a great atmosphere.

幼い頃よく親父に連れられて食べに行きました。当時は塩っぱいだけのネギダクのラーメンとしか思っていませんでした。大人になって食べに行きましたが美味しすぎました😂また大阪に寄った時は食べに行きたいものです
